What is Total Body Challenge (TBC)?
TBC is a personal training and nutritional counseling program that will allow our members to meet with an Exercise Physiologist 2x/week for 5 weeks. During these scheduled sessions members will maximize their individual exercise potential and receive meal plans that are designed specifically to reach their weight loss goals.

This program serves as a jump start to your exercise regimen. Its purpose is to get you to maximize your fitness potential, while also learning how to fuel your body with the proper nutritional habits. Not only will you get personal training sessions and food menus, you will also be evaluated on your current fitness level and again at the completion of the 5 weeks to see your overall fitness improvement.

The 5 Week Schedule
  • Week 1: (1) hour session (go over food logs, menus, and Fitness testing) and (1) 30min session (Personal Training)
  • Week 2: (2) 30min sessions (Personal Training)
  • Week 3: (2) 30min sessions (Personal Training)
  • Week 4: (2) 30min sessions (Personal Training)
  • Week 5: (1) 30min session (Personal Training) and (1) 30min session (Fitness testing, and review of program)

Sessions Included
  • (1) 60min session
  • (9) 30min sessions
  • Total of 5½ hours with an Exercise Physiologist

What You Are Getting
  • (8) 30min personal training sessions (work out with an Exercise Physiologist one-on-one)
  • Current nutritional analysis
  • Food Menus and nutritional information about when and what to eat
  • A pre and post program Fitness test to evaluate your fitness level before and after the TBC
